Desk job turned coach. She always loved strength training but when she got pregnant, she got certified as a pregnancy & postpartum coach so she could keep training safely. That's where she found her passion for helping other mums build their strength. CrossFit L1 certified and certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach.
