What Mums Are Saying

Mum Power!! What a great first session. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Being able to train and bring your baby is amazing. Can't wait for the next one. Thank you again Chantal & Eliza x

— Mel

Getting back in the gym is so hard with a little one, I was worried about not being as fit, but everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and like we are all in it together. It was great to have fellow mums help with baby too when she needed feeding, so I could finish my sets.

— Vicki

I recently took my baby along to Mum Power class and it was such a great experience! It was so much fun and such a welcoming environment for both mums and little ones. The coaches were absolutely amazing. Not only were they fantastic at teaching and keeping the sessions engaging, but they also went above and beyond to help out with my clingy baby so I could actually complete my set. That support made all the difference and really allowed me to enjoy the workout stress-free. I can't wait to go back to the next class. Highly recommend to any mums looking to move their bodies and feel supported!

— Hayley

Chantal and Eliza are both incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful advice and hands-on support with the baby! Their knowledge of postpartum recovery is clear, and their genuine passion for supporting mums really shines through. They create such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere where you and your baby feel comfortable. It's a really fun class to attend, and it provides not just practical guidance but also a sense of community and encouragement. A wonderful way to support new mums during such an important stage!

— Nicola

Really lovely and supportive. It's a great place to start if you have never lifted before and still a great workout if you have been lifting a while!
